Where Realtors go for info

If you've been following me for a while, you know I love reporting on the real estate market. I usually get my data directly from the local MLS (Multiple Listing Service), but there is one source I go to for a professional opinion on the real estate market, and that source is Altos Research.

And in case you're wondering - no, Altos did not pay me to advertise for them - but I had a client ask who I would recommend for unbiased information on the national real estate market. This client in particular was tired of reading sensationalist headlines that left him more confused than before, and wanted to know where he could find a reputable source of information on the national real estate market. So I told him: go to Altos Research. It's where I go for data I can't get from the local MLS.
